Post Game Session to Multiple Groups and/or Friends

Allow users to post game sessions to multiple groups and/or friends. Use a toggle for what group you want to post to.

Example:
Group 1 (YES/NO)
Group 2 (YES/NO)
Group 3 (YES/NO)
Friends (YES/NO)

This sounds awesome and I’m trying to figure out a way to do it without introducing a ton of bugs. The issue is that site architecture is such that a game “belongs to” exactly one user and one group. But I’m trying to figure it out.

If this is database related, you'd remove the GroupID from the Games table and create a mapping table containing GameID+GroupID (unique key) and change your query to (pseudo code / untested)

        select * from Games inner join GroupGames on Games.GameID = GroupGames.GameID where GroupGames.GroupID = (@inGroupID)

Not sure if that helps at all...

Would this yes/no change as supporter status does. As supporter you get what 5 groups?
