A new way to penalize players who no show or quit
Players who no show or leave the game after It started or just 5 minutes before it starts without a reason, needs somehow to be penalize for that and show the rest of the community that they are not reliable. The same for those who rage or quit or unfriendly. Maybe a small icon on the players stats show how many times this player reported for such an action. The core of LFG is to find a player that are committed to play with others so more options on player profile that show his commitment, the more we can maintain healthy community.

I have had some success over the years with including something like "please try not to no-show or bail last-minute, as it's unfair to everyone else. I think we'd all agree people are less likely to join as reserves. It'll be a good time, guaranteed!"
Usually put it as the first line in the game/session chat

This is a great idea because such unreliable players should be marked and known to others. However, you have to find a way to link this penalty to the actual time of withdrawl automatically

I was just posted "no show" after a failed raid and I'm a bit ticked about it. The raid was scheduled for 6PM, which I was on time for but didn't get going until 6:40. The group went to LFG twice to replace people in that time that joined and left, and after about another half hour of the group just not getting the mechanics I decided to leave. "No Show" should only be able to be reported within 15 minutes of a scheduled start time, not over an hour after it was originally supposed to start.

I think this would be good but the possibility of misuse makes it problematic.
